About Joan Pedrotti
City Council Member Joan Pedrotti was sworn in to office November 2017, re-elected in 2019 and 2021.
Joan Pedrotti was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She attended Providence HS, and graduated from St. Mary's University. She received her degrees in Political Science and Public Administration. She began her career in public service with the United States Commission on Civil Rights in 1982. She then worked for the State of Texas at the University of Texas Health Science Center. She retired from Bexar County where she worked in Court Administration and Budget and Finance.
She is delighted with the opportunity to serve her neighbors at the Municipal level of government and looks forward to the experiences this chapter offers. She has lived in Windcrest for almost 20 years with. her husband Spencer Stubbs. Their son is attending the Univerisy of Texas at Austin studying Physics and Mathematics.
