If I am having a medical emergency, can I call the Fire Department directly to get a faster response?: No. All 9-1-1 calls go through the Windcrest Police Department's Dispatch Office which then get sent out to the Fire Department for the fastest response possible.

1. What medical services does WVFD provide?: All EMS services up to and including advanced life support. The city contracts an ambulance services to provide transport once the patient is stabilized by WVFD first responders. Contact Info
