Yes, the city does accept garbage payments by draft (EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer). Please visit the Administration Office at City Hall as you will need to fill out an enrollment form and attach a voided check to start the draft payments.

The City of Windcrest's Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance of traffic signals located at Crestway and Eaglecrest and Midcrown and Crestway. All other traffic signals in the city are maintained by TxDot. Please contact the Public Works Department to report any issues with traffic signals.
BCWID#10 is responsible for water and sewer service to the City of Windcrest.
The City's garbage/recycling is handled by Allied Waste. If your garbage or recycling is skipped, please contact the finance department at City Hall.
The city of Windcrest pays Allied Waste for garbage and recycling collection for every residence in the city in whole. Every resident then reimburses the city for both of these services regardless of the amount of usage.
Please come to the Administration Office at City Hall for a new recycling bin. If your bin is cracked, please dispose of it.
