Yes. You will need to obtain a permit for either a garage sale or an estate sale. Permits can be obtained at the Administration Office at City Hall and cost $10.00 for a garage sale permit and $25.00 for an estate sale permit. Only two garage/estate sales per year per residence are allowed. The city-wide garage sale does not count towards your limit.

We are open Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. City hall is CLOSED during Observed Holidays.

Yes, all active alarms, both residential and commercial are required to register their alarm system with the City. Both are required to be renewed yearly.
The City of Windcrest holds two city-wide garage sales bi-annually, one in the Spring and the other in the Fall. The dates are publicized once they have been determined.
Yes. For ten cents a page, photo copies can be made by Administration employees in the Administration Office. Color copies runs twenty-five cents per page. We do not offer faxing services.
