[ARCHIVED] CoW Light Contest Application/Registration Information

CoW 63rd Annual Light Up


istockphoto-871990410-170667aTime to dust off those holiday decorations!  Windcrest Light Up season is here.  This years 63rd Annual Light Up theme is A Kaleidoscope of Color - 2021: A Christmas Odyssey.   Let's make this the best one yet!

To participate in the CoW Light Up contest or simply register your home to be added to the CoW Light Up map, submit your application/registration at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6RZCVB9. Just complete the application/registration and click submit.  It's that easy!

 All registered homes  will be represented on the Light Up map for all to drive by and enjoy your beautiful display of colors!  Be on the look out for more information regarding the CoW Light Up maps.

APPLICATION/REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, November 23, 2021 by 5 PM.   All applications/registration MUST be submitted/received by this deadline.

Want to donate lights toward the Windcrest Share the Lights Project - Christmas Exchange?  You can drop them off at City Hall through November 17, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.  There is a box by the Post Office to place them in.  Not able to drop them off at City Hall, contact the City Hall Admin Office at 210-655-0022, press 0, and we will get it arranged.

Need lights for your home?  Easy!  Come by City Hall on Saturday, November 20th - 27th from 10am - 1 pm.  Windcrest residents can pick up lights to display on their home.  Our goal is for every home in Windcrest to have atleast one set of lights set up shining and spreading holiday cheer on your home.  We are the City of Lights!
