It's time to have a fitness PARTY in the park. The City of Windcrest is hosting three fitness classes at Takas Park Civic Center in July. Come out and help us celebrate Parks and Recreation month!
Tuesday July, 20 @ 6:30 pm - POUND® Fitness: Bring a mat if you have one. We will provide the Ripstix and water. This workout is adjustable to your cardio needs, low impact, medium, or extreme cardio. It is easy to pick up and lots of fun!
Friday, July 23 @ 6:30 pm - Zumba® Fitness: Make sure to wear shoes with a smoother sole. You can will enjoy great music and maybe learn some great dance moves. The instructor customizes as a low impact workout. You can adjust to make it a higher impact workout.
