Citation Court

On this day, only scheduled citations will be seeing the judge. If you are unsure when your court day is, call 210-655-0022. 

Process on court day:

  1. Check-in with the front office (Check-in begins at 1:30PM)
  2. You will then be directed to the court room where you will be screened by an officer before entering the court room 
  3. You will then be seated and wait to be called by either the judge or the prosecutor to resolve your citation
  4. You will then return to the front office to complete your paperwork with a court clerk

How to resolve your citation prior to court day

Pay your citation 

  • Visit the online Self Service Payment Portal to pay your citation online
  • If you need time to pay you may request a 30-day payment plan in person, by mail or email. If requesting by mail or email be sure to include your full name as stated on your citation and the citation number if you have it and make sure to state you are requesting a payment plan.

Need to reschedule your court day?

Request for rest must be made in person, by mail or email. Request must be made on or before your court day. If requesting by mail or email be sure to include your full name as stated on your citation and the citation number if you have it and make sure to state you are requesting a court reset. Only one(1) FREE reset is allowed by the court. Any additional resets will require a $100 bond per citation. 

Options to keep a moving violation off your driving record

You may request one of the following to keep a moving violation off your driving record

  • Request a Driver Safety Course: A 6-hour online course that must be completed in 90 days from your request. You will need proof of car insurance and a Texas Driving License to request a Driving safety course. Request must be made in person, by mail or email. If requesting by mail or email be sure to include your full name as stated on your citation and the citation number if you have it and make sure to state you are requesting a Driving Safety Course.
  • Request a Deferred Disposition: A 90-day probational period where you promise not to commit any violations against the law. Request must be made in person, by mail or email. If requesting by mail or email be sure to include your full name as stated on your citation and the citation number if you have it and make sure to state you are requesting a Driving Safety Course.
