If you are determined by the court to have insufficient resources or income to pay, the court is required to provide you with other ways to resolve the cost.

Keep Moving Violations off your Driving Record

You may be eligible for a Defensive Driving Course or Deferred Disposition. CDL Drivers are NOT eligible for either options.

Reset Court Dates

To reset your court date, you must request it in person or by email or mail. You are allowed one reset of 30 days free of charge. For an additional reset, you must post a $100.00 bond (per violation)

City Code Violations

All City Code Violations require a court appearance where the Judge will set the fine amount.

All fines and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the court. For more information about fines contact the Deputy Court Clerk
