If you suspect that there is a violation of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Windcrest, you will need to contact the Windcrest Police Department at (210)655-2666. A Code Enforcement Officer will then be dispatched. You do not have to give your name unless you want feedback on your concerns. The Code Enforcement Officer will determine if in fact there is a violation and will take appropriate action, which may include a Municipal Court Summons to get the nuisance abated.
