Yes, all active alarms, both residential and commercial are required to register their alarm system with the City. The is no permit fee for residential alarms, however commercial alarm permits are $50.00. Both are required to be renewed every January.
Yes. You will need to obtain a permit for either a garage sale or an estate sale. Permits can be obtained at the Administration Office at City Hall and cost $10.00 for a garage sale permit and $25.00 for an estate sale permit. Only two garage/estate sales per year per residence are allowed. The city-wide garage sale does not count towards your limit.
The City of Windcrest holds two city-wide garage sales bi-annually, one in the Spring and the other in the Fall. The dates are publicized once they have been determined.
Yes. For ten cents a page, photo copies can be made by Administration employees in the Administration Office. Color copies runs twenty-five cents per page. We do not offer faxing services.
